Delivery and Returns

Delivery TimesPlease note that the total time taken to deliver an order includes time to process your order, in some cases build your order and the time to ship it to your chosen address.

We aim to process your order and release your items for shipment within 10 working days from your order.

We attempt to ensure that there is sufficient inventory of products at our distribution location. However, there may be stock-outs due to surges in demand, delays from flight schedule changes or restrictions, production delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be notified accordingly.

Delivery times for orders that require customisation may differ and we will provide information about after receipt of order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and EstimatesFor calculated shipping rates: Charges to deliver to your shipping address will be calculated and displayed at checkout when you order.

In some cases, you are able to select from either standard or expedited delivery options, if applicable in your location.

In Store PickupWe do offer pickup from our Bournemouth facility providing it is pre-arranged.

International deliveryWe do not currently ship outside the UK but we are working on it! If you are outside the UK and interested in purchasing TargetBound please let us know

Order status trackingWhen your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. When the item is dispatched you will receive another email which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 6 working days of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxesPlease note that we cannot deliver to Postal Boxes, but only to physical addresses. Please ensure that you specify a correct and valid physical address for shipping delivery.

Refunds and returnsWe generally accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Please consult our sales terms and conditions including our refund policy.

Defective or damaged goodsIn the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Refer to our sales terms and conditions for terms and procedures to follow in case of defects or damage to delivered items.

ChangesNote that these terms and conditions may be changed without notice at any time. Changes will be effective when updated. Changes will not apply to orders placed before changes are published.
